Look how far we've come!

If you have been to ANY of my classes, then you already know the amazing Jenny B. She's the one to my left with the incredible energy who also happens to know my choreography better than I do :) Well she recently sent me some of her updated progress pics and I wanted to share with them you because she truly has been an inspiration to so many people. * Current Weight loss -80 pounds

Jenny B has currently lost 80 pounds and has really changed her body composition. She’s great about keeping track of her progress and working towards her personal goals. Consistency is KEY. While it may not seem sometimes like you’re making much progress or perhaps you feel what you’re doing isn’t even worth it….. give it enough time and you will see how these small changes result in huge changes overtime. Congrats on your progress Jenny B! Your pics are truly inspirational and I am so happy for you and the changes you’ve made! And just in case, you haven’t yet met Jenny B, she will be teaching the Dancer Sculpt camps starting in March …so get ready for an amazing workout. Stay tuned for an updated class schedule. I will be on maternity leave until June and enjoying spending time with our new baby :) Looking forward to rocking it out with you all this June!

Look how far we've come



I got this note from one of my students yesterday and it totally made my day! I'm very lucky because I get to be around the most amazing ladies and it makes me feel really great when I hear they are getting results. I truly believe that your fitness journey is about making small changes and over time these changes produce big results.

Rula it's been so great working with you, you always ignite the room! Congrats on your positive changes and your transformation! I'm beyond happy for you!

Hi Paulina!

I've been meaning to write you a thank you message for a long time! You have totally changed my life! Thanks to your "eat clean" philosophy and menu tools, and those amazing arm and ab movements, I feel like I have a sustainable way to eat, exercise, and produce results. I do my arms and abs every day, and I always do a run or cardio to complement the sculpting (I can't recreate the routines on my own, so running and hiking have taken their place :) I always used to wonder what my body would look like if I really cut down on the loads of sugar I ate every day, and now I truly understand that uncommon effort leads to uncommon results. Thank you for always encouraging us to do what seems impossible!

Thank you so much for sharing your talents and your workouts - they have made such a difference in my life.
